On October 14th, 2022, the Post Authority of Ukraine -
Ukrposhta presented the stamp Mini-Sheet "Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine!" on the occasion of
the national holiday - the Day of Defenders of Ukraine.
The Mini-Sheet containts 6 stamps with the face value "U+8".
"U" = 12 Hrivna = domestic letter up to 50gr. rate.
Additional 8 Hrivna is donation for the Ukrainian Army.
The solemn ceremony "First Day of Issue" took place on the same day in Kyiv at the Main Post Office.

First day of issue ceremonies "Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine!" were held in all branches of Ukrposhta
(stamps of the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol and Kherson
region will work at the Kyiv Main Post Office).
The first day of issue ceremony was attended by:

Liubov Kinal, spokesperson of the Air Command "Center Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
The sheet includes 6 postage stamps with illustrations of servicemen, each of which reflects a
separate branch of the armed forces and a separate kind of Ukrainian troops.
Thus, Ukrposhta wants to thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine and express special respect to the Ukrainian soldiers
who every minute defend the independence and territorial integrity of our country and every Ukrainian,
as well as honor the memory of those who laid down their lives for the sake of Ukraine.
The release was made with the support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

They are our main heroes.
Let's not forget: we work, rest, live, because our military on the fronts are overcoming the fierce enemy.
Today Ukrposhta presented the first 6 branches and troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the future, we plan to expand this series.
And to thank the military not in word, but in deed, UAH 8 from each stamp will be used to support the army."

The block is made in a graphic style.
Each postage stamp reflects the images of modern Ukrainian defenders from different units of the army,
which are intended for direct combat or comprehensive support of the battle, and contains the emblem of the
corresponding type and kind of troops.
They embody the bravery, courage and steadfastness of the Ukrainian army in the fight against the Russian occupier.

The author of the postal issue dedicated to our defenders is Ukrainian designer from Kramatorsk Anton Khrupin.
The artist began cooperation with Ukrposhta after he sent one of his works to the sketch competition.
After that, the artist received an offer from Ukrposhta to develop sketches of postal products
"Free. Unbreakable. Invincible", which Ukrposhta presented to the 31st anniversary of Independence of Ukraine.
The issue also includes an envelope "First Day of Issue", thematic art envelopes and postcards for each of the
branches of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which, in addition to the subjects, contain the colors and emblems of the
branches of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

25 locations in Ukraine.
Most of the postmarks were used black ink, some others used blue ink.
The most interesting postamrks are, probably,
